Support timely and efficient processing of incoming referrals
Schedule/reschedule patient appointments
Respond to patients' general inquiries
Cancel patient appointments
Complete reminder communications
Complete administrative tasks supporting data reporting
Register patients in UHN’s EPIC EMR
Schedule appointments with patients
Complete documentation following patient consults
Transfer notes back to referring clinician
Provide backup/cross-coverage support
