Proactively manage calendars for executives and team members
coordinating meetings and priorities seamlessly
Prepare and refine professional documents

Organize travel arrangements
including itineraries and accommodations
Maintain structured and accessible filing systems (digital and physical)
Act as a central point of contact
handling communications and ensuring smooth information flow
Support budget tracking
and administrative financial tasks
Oversee office supplies and ensure a well-functioning workplace environment
