Nice to Have
Some college coursework preferred (Business, Accounting, Marketing, or related field), PowerPoint and Excel skills preferred, Familiarity with data analysis or reporting tools (e. g. , Power BI, Looker) is a plus
What You'll Do.
Provide administrative and logistical support
Manage complex calendars and meeting logistics
Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
and distribute correspondence
and presentation materials
Maintain organized electronic files and SharePoint sites
Handle sensitive and confidential information
Support broker and agency activities
Update and maintain business opportunities in Salesforce
Partner with internal teams for onboarding and agency needs
Gather data and prepare analyses and reports
Serve as a reliable point of contact
Apply sound judgment and initiative
Adapt effectively to changing priorities
Assist with special projects
Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards
Serve as a facilities and office liaison
Process invoices and accounts payable activities
