Must Have
2 years office experience, Proficient in MS Word, Proficient in Excel, Proficient in Lotus Notes, Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and written with team members, leaders and guests required
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Food and Beverage, Culinary, and Restaurant operations, Excellent communication, organization, and guest relations skills
What You'll Do.
Monitor and maintain daily payroll and time edits
Follow up with Team Member payroll issues
Coordinate payroll efforts with secondary departments
Log and Maintain Banquet Event Orders
Maintain Resume Tracking Systems
Attend daily line ups
Attend Chef’s meeting
Attend Food and Beverage Meetings
Take minutes as needed and requested
Maintain Team Members files
Maintain time log sheets
Maintain attendance log sheets
Maintain vacation log
Ensures proper representation in Meetings
Ensures proper representation in Hotel functions
Maintain and compose departmental reports
Develop and maintain filing systems
