The Position Key Responsibilities: Requesting medical records and following up as needed Processing incoming medical records Maintaining meticulous medical records spreadsheets in Excel Serve as the primary backup for our receptionist Assist on various projects, communications, expenses and scheduling Maintain schedules and calendars, independently organizing documents needed for project follow up, and providing reminders of upcoming meetings, conference calls, etc. Qualifications 1+ years’ experience as an administrative assistant, or comparable position, supporting upper management, experience with medical records preferred Exceptional attention to detail, note taking, document management & organization Flexible self-starter who demonstrates initiative & follow through Superior communication both verbal and written skills Strong proof reading, editing and writing skills Ability to execute projects on an autonomous, proactive & timely basi
