What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 years of experience in administrative, billing or office support role, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Nice to Have
College degree
What You'll Do.
Update and maintain firm documents
Organize and manage client data and files
Assist with processing of tax returns
Assist with planning and executing firm events
Provide administrative support to Partners
Perform general administrative duties
Serve as backup to the receptionist
Prepare and generate client invoices
Manage accounts receivable
Follow up on outstanding payments
Maintain accurate accounts receivable records
