What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3 to 5 years of relevant administrative and/or coordination experience, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook, Ability to independently assess the urgency and sensitivity of inquiries and escalate as necessary, Ability to prioritize workload with competing demands from multiple programs, faculty, and students, Required to sit for long periods (up to 6-7 hours daily) while working at a computer, Accuracy and quality checks are major considerations for data entry, communication, and document preparation

Nice to Have

preferably in an educational or program-focused environment, experience with database management or tracking systems

What You'll Do.

Liaise with registrants and community contacts to arrange site visits

Perform data entry and oversight in Excel spreadsheets

Manage a communal email inbox

Provide confidential support to the Centre for Community Health Education team

Liaise with internal departments

Answer and triage student questions

Manage department files

Process expense claim forms

Maintain and record invoices
