This Administrative Assistant position, reporting to the Payments Distribution Group Head of Healthcare, and also supporting the Payments Distribution Group Head of Technology, Digital, and Mobility, will serve as a key administrative partner and play a critical role in enabling success within the organization. The ideal candidate will work to understand and anticipate needs, quickly assess complex situations, and have experience in partnering with executive-level leadership. They will help ensure the Sales organization office is efficient and flexible to execute mission-critical activities. The candidate will partner and collaborate with other Administrative Assistants to help ensure the priorities and deliverables are effectively and completely met. This role will coordinate meetings, presentations, travel arrangements, meeting agendas and offsite events. The ideal candidate is comfortable with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) along with other software packages. In addition, duties include composing correspondence, prepare business reports and expense reports, and conduct special projects as directed. To be successful in this Administrative Assistant role, you will need to be extremely detail oriented
