What You'll Do.

Provides administrative support to 2–3 director-level leaders and occasionally their leadership teams

and logistics for recurring and team meetings

including quarterly and annual events

Prepares weekly updates

and other complex documents using input from across the team

Executes administrative and program support activities requiring analysis

and serves as a liaison with external organizations or and handles non-routine situations independently
