What You'll Do.

Assists in organizing departmental meetings

and distributing relevant materials.

Ensures effective communication and follow-up on action items.

Provides receptionist support on days where there is a large gathering of employees or outside guests

Manages and files expense reports for all Director+ members of the P&C team.

This includes charges to company cards for swag and giveaway items related to summer and holiday gatherings

Manages overall departmental calendar (staff meetings

P&C leadership team meetings

periodic staff workshops

Collects and presents agenda items and follow up actions.

Liaise with the Legal department throughout the contract management process to ensure appropriate contracts and timely movement through the contract development process.

Organizes and maintains departmental files

Creates and updates various reports and presentations as needed

Supports departmental events and activities by assisting in the planning

This includes venue selection

coordinating with vendors

and managing budgets.

Set up purchase orders in financial systems

receive and process invoices

Liaise with Finance to establish new vendors.

Serve as point of contact for outside vendors from contract creation through PO payment

This exciting role will allow you to demonstrate through effective support how you can increase the overall capacity of the People & Culture department. **In this role you will get to:** **Meeting Coordination** * Assists in organizing departmental meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant materials. Ensures effective communication and follow-up on action items. **Reception support** * Provides receptionist support on days where there is a large gathering of employees or outside guests **Expense Report support** * Manages and files expense reports for all Director+ members of the P&C team. Handles exceptions, troubleshoots, etc. This includes charges to company cards for swag and giveaway items related to summer and holiday gatherings **Calendar management** * Manages overall departmental calendar (staff meetings, P&C leadership team meetings, P&C QBR meetings, periodic staff workshops, absences, anniversaries, birthdays, other celebrations).
