Full Job Description
In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support to assigned functional areas, ensuring smooth daily operations. Your strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills will help drive efficiency across teams. You will take initiative, contribute to cross-functional projects, and be recognized as a reliable team player who promotes teamwork and shared success. **How You Will Achieve It:** * Prepare purchase orders and approvals in the Ariba system in full compliance with company policies * Handle reconciliations and third-party payments, including follow-up on HCP payments and out-of-pocket reimbursements * Maintain accurate vendor and supplier records * Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries * Prepare expense reports and track reimbursement status * Compile monthly and periodic reports and maintain distribution lists * Maintain a well-organized e-filing and documentation system * Support meeting logistics, including scheduling, room bookings, and teleconference setup * Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders on ad hoc projects * Collaborate with the administrative support team and provide backup support when required **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree * Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a multinational corporation * Detail-oriented, independent, and collaborative working style * Flexible and agile, with the ability to learn new systems and processes * Strong multitasking and time management skills * Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, conversational Putonghua * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, OneDrive, and Team * Experience in using AI to facilitate daily work Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.
