Partners with site leadership and union representatives to ensure efficient operations, compliance, and a positive employee experience. **Schedule: Monday -Friday, 8:00am -3:30pm on-site** ## ## **Key Responsibilities** * Process and validate time and attendance data (ADP) to support payroll accuracy * Coordinate hourly recruitment, onboarding, and orientation * Manage employee schedules, attendance, and PTO tracking * Support leave of absence, workplace injury, and disability cases * Apply and administer collective bargaining agreement (CBA) requirements * Partner with union representatives and respond to employee inquiries * Support Health & Safety programs and employee engagement initiatives * Maintain accurate records and support reporting and administrative tasks ## ## **Qualifications** * 2+ years of administrative or operations support experience * Experience with payroll or time & attendance systems (ADP preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) * Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills * Ability to manage priorities in a high-volume environment * Experience in a union environment We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKe
