Must Have

Associate’s degree, 2 years or more of administrative experience, Good computer skills including ability to manage electronic work order tickets, knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft® Office), Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

3 months or more of experience with Veeva Systems software, 1 year or more of experience in providing internal customer

What You'll Do.

Provides administrative support for the manager and the staff of the department, Maintains the data base for equipment calibrations and maintenance reports as required, Act as the department RCP (Requestor Contact Person for Sourcing and Supply Management), including entering orders into FSA, desktop receiving, and approving invoices as required, Serve as a front-line information source for internal and external customers, Prepare documents for shipping equipment for calibration and/or repair and manage record keeping for the shipping process as required, Assists in the management of departmental files, forms, SOP’s and archive departmental records as required, Support efforts in scheduling activities (e.

, contractor visits, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, agendas & minutes, etc.

), Assist with employee training file documentation as needed, Serve as Document Coordinator for Metrology and Facilities controlled documents, Perform other related duties as assigned.
