Must Have

2-5 years of experience in an administrative assistant capacity, Excellent computer skills including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Fluency in Spanish, Previous experience planning and executing events, Demonstrated experience in budget management and expense tracking, analytical skills with the ability to exercise judgment when dealing with problems or issues that may arise, Solid multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage and balance large volumes of work

Nice to Have

Education/Certification/Training preferred: High School Diploma

What You'll Do.

Provide administrative support to management staff and HR

Generate Purchase Orders and requisitions

and support internal meetings and events

Act as a receptionist and answer telephone professionally

Maintain office inventory supplies

Prepare correspondence

presentation materials

Respond to inquiries from external and internal contacts

Handle HR function for facilities confidentially

Handle facility management issues and schedule vendors

Participate/Chair local committees
