Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. ** _Key Responsibilities:_** **Expense Management –** * * Accurately support the processing and submission of expense claims & invoices for Client’s Directors in India using Client’s system in accordance with Client’s financial policies and documentation standards, as directed. * Coordinate with relevant team to support that invoices are shared timely and resolve discrepancies promptly, as directed. * Assist team members with Client’s system (Certify) related queries and provide basic user guidance and coordinate with appropriate Client’s /Service Provider support channels. **Travel & Logistics –** * * Act as the point of contact as designated by the Client’s India team on travel, liaising effectively with local and global travel partners, in coordination with the Service Provider where appropriate.. * Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and ground transport for Client’s India Directors (and their team on adhoc basis if needed) and visitors, ensuring compliance with Client’s travel policy and budget approvals, as directed. * Coordinate visa applications, travel insurance, and work with the respective team admin to support on the itinerary as needed. * Support the preparation of travel-related reporting, including carbon footprint data, as required. **Event Management –** Support planning and execution of internal and external events, including workshops, offsites, celebrations (in office
