TheAdministrative Assistant at Exploren plays a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our platform data. From data entry and quality checking to onboarding new assets, setting up customer accounts, and verifying assets across third-party platforms, this position ensures the foundations of our operations remain consistent and dependable. The role works closely with internal teams and external partners to support a seamless experience for customers and stakeholders. The Exploren team works closely with sales, customer support, product development, and operations to ensure accurate data, smooth onboarding of new assets, and reliable platform performance — supporting EVSE's position as a leader in sustainable mobility infrastructure. YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES * Manage accurate and timely data entry across Exploren systems, including ongoing data quality checks and issue resolution * Onboard and maintain assets (chargers, locations, configurations) and customer accounts, ensuring correct setup and permissions * Provide ongoing account and admin support, resolving queries and fulfilling requests * Audit and verify asset listings across third-party platforms to ensure accuracy and visibility * Maintain clear documentation of onboarding, updates, and quality control activities * Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies and keep tasks on track * Support reporting and data extraction from internal systems as required * Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding, admin processes, and product enhancements KEY STAKEHOLDERS * Customers: Support account setup, administrative requests, and platform-re
