Our committed and well-trained workforce professionals deliver comprehensive workforce solutions at integrated career centers, sector-focused centers and community, and partner sites. * Be energetic and professional in a large office environment. * Assist clients in computer lab and set clients up on computer for appointments * Gather paperwork from clients that come into the office * Provide administrative and clerical support in a variety of areas * Enter information into database as needed. * Separate and distribute paperwork and mail to appropriate personnel. * Order and stock supplies * Other duties as assigned ## Qualifications * High School Diploma required. * Previous experience working in an office environment a plus * Excellent communication and phone skills with ability to adapt within our diverse customer base * Be able and comfortable in making answering calls and making outbound calls daily * Proficient in computer and typing skills with the ability to multitask using different programs simultaneously * Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (EX: Word, Excel, Outlook) ## Additional Information All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
