The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate communication, maintain records, and provide support to management and staff. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and organize office files, documents, and records. * Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars. * Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally. * Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents. * Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics. * Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed. * Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping. * Support HR and finance departments with basic administrative tasks. * Welcome visitors and provide general office support. * Ensure confidentiality of company information and documents. **Requirements** * 1+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. * Experience with scheduling tools and office software. **Why Join us** * Opportunities to w
