_**Job Description:**_ Cambria, the nation’s leading family-owned producer of American-made quartz surfaces, is looking for an Administrative Assistant who does more than just manage schedules. We are looking for a highly organized professional who appreciates the scale of what we build in our Fabrication Shop (FabShop) and wants to ensure our production engine never misses a beat. Our culture recognizes hard work, and your ability to manage the essential details fuels our growth, allowing our fabrication team to focus on delivering world-class results. ****Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**** * Reception & Administrative Support: Greet guests professionally, clearly communicate FabShop needs by receiving incoming supply order needs and coordinating internal orders and deliveries. * Logistics & Shipping Coordination: Coordinate daily shipping activities, including preparing Bills of Lading (BOLs), generating pick sheets, and communicating routes to drivers. * Data & Reporting: Perform extensive data entry in Excel and Oracle, audit shipping/sales numbers, and distribute daily department scorecards and production schedules. * Samples Operation: Fulfill orders from open orders report, manage customer sample deliveries and execute monthly cycle counts. * Inventory & Office Management: Monitor inventory levels including quarterly cycle counts, order office and production supplies, and maintain organized files and documentation within MaintainX for production floor assets. * Operational Support: Provide backup for the Shipping/Receiving Supervisor, Office Manager or Receptionist as needed.
