In order to reinforce our internal team based in Luxembourg, Arηs Developments is looking for an Administrative Assistant (M/F). Your responsibilities: * Follow-up of contracts with customers * Follow-up and preparation of the consultants activities and worksheets * Invoicing to customers and follow-up * Suppliers invoicing follow-up and checking ## Qualifications Your Profile * A Bachelor degree (3 years after secondary school) * 1 year of experience in a similar job position * Experience in contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contractual documentation * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Excellent relationship skills – you will be in direct contact with customers and consultants * Excellent organizational and methodical skills * Good knowledge in MS Excel and Word * Collaborative attitude, as well as being a good team player * Fluent in French and English
