What You'll Do.
Provide architectural administrative support for new franchise store development.
Coordinating new store site packages.
Processing or collecting franchise fees.
First line of contact regarding site packages for other departments and staff.
Provides administrative support for the Architectural and Design department.
tracking and filing of new franchise site evaluation packages.
Insures completeness of package and coordinates process.
Release franchise drawings when package requirements are complete.
Ensure that appropriate approvals for package timeline are obtained.
Serve as first point of contact for franchisees
legal and other departments related to questions or progress of site packages.
Communicate with franchisee to validate any specific site requirements.
Keep interested departments or franchisees aware of package status and provides information as needed.
Produce and disseminate project reports as needed.
Enter package into database and monitor updates as necessary.
Provides administrative support to Architectural staff as needed.
