Full Job Description
**[What the role is]** We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support our sales operations and planning functions. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations while providing crucial support to our team. **[What you will be working on]** * Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including correspondence, filing systems, and document management * Process invoices and handle basic accounting tasks * Process sales order, maintain sales records and generate regular sales reports * Coordinate with sales team to track sales revenue, campaign outcome for reporting purposes * Support government procurement processes including: * Prepare and coordinate tender documents for submissions * Maintain the procurement records * Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team * Handle partners and stakeholders’ enquiries and provide administrative support for them. * Maintain and update customer databases and filing systems * Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow * Process invoices and handle basic accounting tasks **[What we are looking for]** * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Ability to multitask and priorities work efficiently * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Experience in managing reports * Good with numbers and analytics would be advantageous. * Demonstrate strong ability to work independently and as a team. * High self-discipline and ability to maintain focus under pressure
