Full Job Description

* Fixed Term Contract for 12 months * $77,133 per annum plus Superannuation * Join the Assets Department Hume City Council is one of Australia’s fastest growing and culturally diverse councils. We put the customer and our community at the centre of all that we do, ensuring our services are efficient and accessible. We are seeking a dynamic and creative person to drive marketing, advertising and promotional initiatives across our aquatic and leisure facilities. The Officer will provide high quality administration support to the Leadership team in the management of strategic and operational requirement and marketing plan for Hume Leisure to activate, connect and empower our community to live healthier, more active lives. What you’ll be doing: * Preparation of reports, letters, spreadsheets and other documents as per the operational requirements of the Department. * Maintain timetables, diaries and schedule activities as directed by the Departmental Manager. * Be an integral point of call for internal and external customers to ensure compliance with Corporate policies and procedures. * Undertake general administrative duties such as document preparation and processing, data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, plan printing, customer service, system maintenance and database integrity that support the activities of the Department. * Facilitate Departmental compliance with Content Manager, Hume Connect, Finance One, Property CI and all other key performance indicators as required by the Department. * Ensure quality assurance with all Administrative policies and procedures implemented, evaluated and designed. * Provide administration support and assist with special projects including LATM studies, audits, archiving, records management, mail outs and mail merges and other administration duties as directed from time to time. The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role: * A high level of skills in Microsoft applications (ie. Word, Excel, Outlook) and the Intranet. *
