What You'll Do.

Maintain and oversee DC operational manning

Collaborate with finance to track expenses

Capture all invoices for consumables

Reconcile Purchase Orders

Clear monthly supplier statements

Assist with budget process preparations

Oversee record keeping of time and attendance

Ensure data validation in Jarrison

Ensure accurate staff changes

Send timesheets and payrolls on time

Apply 5S principles in office spaces

Manage office access control systems

Order employee uniforms

Coordinate quality control of PPE

Compile quarterly/monthly forecasts

Share forecasts with suppliers

Requisition of delivery

Monitor packaging inventory levels

Update usage report daily

Record deviations on deliveries

Record supplier meetings performance

Create Purchase Orders

Make payments to suppliers

Analyse general ledger accounts
