Must Have
Bachelor's degree (or Associate degree) in Business Administration, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field, 2–5 years of experience in financial control, project administration, or accounting within infrastructure, construction, or energy sectors, Solid understanding of project financial management, budgeting, and cash flow monitoring, analytical and problem-solving skills, High attention to detail and organizational abilities, Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a structured and fast-paced environment, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Prepare Purchase Orders (POs)
Update project budgets
Maintain contractual and administrative documentation
Ensure invoices comply with contractual conditions
Monitor and update project budgets
Update project cash flow forecasts
Prepare periodic financial reports
Support Technical Control Manager
Coordinate with internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with contractual payment terms
Assist in audits and regulatory inspections
Maintain financial tracking tools
