Post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Knowledge of wealth management company and branch operations, Knowledge of operational aspects of traditional (stocks, bonds, money market, mutual funds) and non traditional (managed and fee based) products, Familiarity with technology applications and software used in the financial planning and investment industry
What You'll Do.
Coordinate marketing activities
Assist advisory team in preparing for client meetings
Handle clients’ general day-to-day requests
Generate reports and documents
Process items for client accounts
Maintain and organize client database
Ensure transactions and tasks are assigned
Provide team members with support
Gather and distribute information
Develop rapport and instill confidence with client
Assist with managing a portfolio of clients
Support IA’s in individual client investment needs
Work collaboratively within the market
Follow through on risk and compliance processes
Protect the Bank's assets
Maintain the confidentiality of client information
Complete complex & diverse tasks
Analyze issues and determine next escalates
