Purchase office supplies
Purchase other branch needs
Manage inventory file
Coordinate with Accounting
Process payment requests
Schedule service maintenance routine
Manage messengerial routes
Manage messengerial requests
Check messenger liquidations
Validate messenger DTR entries
Coordinate with manpower agencies
Schedule applicants for interview
Coordinate HMO provider
Coordinate external training
Maintain Employee 201 Files
Update Employee Data Register
Update Employee Personal Information Access
Process Sub-con ID issuance
Manage sub-con employee DTR
Coordinate travel with agencies
Coordinate travel with destination Branch
Arrange transportation
