You will manage preventive maintenance scheduling, work orders, and documentation compliance. You'll be the link between external vendors and JLL, ensuring data accuracy and audit readiness. Full training provided. **Key Responsibilities** **Vendor Management** * Main contact for external vendors and JLL France team * Schedule preventive maintenance visits on time * Review vendor reports for quality and completeness * Follow up on missing or incorrect information * Communicate compliance requirements clearly **Maintenance & Work Orders** * Check preventive maintenance schedules in Corrigo daily * Track work order completion and deadlines * Ensure reports are attached to work orders correctly * Use flagging system to highlight priorities and delays * Chase overdue reports **Remedial Work** * Identify required corrective actions from maintenance reports * Create and track remedial work orders in Corrigo * Prioritize based on urgency * Follow up on outstanding items * Maintain clear audit trails **Documentation** * Upload reports to Virtual Library * File documents physically and digitally per JLL/FCDO standards * Maintain accurate logbooks * Ensure audit-ready documentation * Track work order lifecycle from start to completion **Quality Control** * Review rep
