What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent relevant education and experience as permitted by contract), Minimum 7 years of professional experience in administrative management, project support, information management, office operations, or a closely related functional area, Demonstrated experience in at least three of the following areas: records and information management, office management, facilities coordination, travel management, human resources support, budget or finance administration, security administration support, or program and project reporting, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and documentation, Proven ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, and resolve complex administrative and operational issues independently, High attention to detail, sound organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy in document control, reporting, and records systems, customer service mindset and ability to interact professionally with agency personnel, leadership, vendors, and stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience supporting federal government administrative or information management operations, including records retention requirements and administrative compliance practices, Prior experience supporting conference, boardroom, or training environments with on-site technical troubleshooting and deliverable review
