What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Active Secret clearance required, 2+ years of relevant administrative, mail room, file management, receptionist, or office support experience, Professional demeanor and ability to greet high-level visitors and callers with appropriate appearance and attitude, Demonstrated experience with mail operations, including collecting, sorting, distributing, and tracking incoming and outgoing correspondence, Experience maintaining receipt logs, mailing records, and shipment documentation, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), shared email inboxes, and data entry systems, Familiarity with office and mailroom equipment (copiers, printers, scanners, fax machines, postage/shipping equipment), written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal and customer-service abilities, Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently, Physical ability to lift, carry, and organize files, mail bins, and stand, walk, and move between office areas as needed
Nice to Have
associate degree or additional higher education preferred, Previous experience supporting a government office or regulated administrative environment, Experience with shipping vendors (USPS, FedEx, UPS) or similar courier services
What You'll Do.

Organize and maintain physical files

Monitor office supply levels
Provide general receptionist and administrative support
Handle phones and respond to inquiries
Assist staff and visitors
