Must Have

Manage and organize internal documents, including operations-related and general administrative documents, Support reimbursement processes, collect receipts, and prepare related documentation, Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchasing when necessary, Maintain and update internal records and documents in an organized and accessible manner, Support the Operations Assistant Manager with documentation, coordination, and administrative tasks, Prepare materials, documents, and equipment for company activities, offsite events, or exhibitions, Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and related parties to support daily operations, Provide general administrative support and perform other assigned tasks as required by the company, Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic coordination through company communication channels such as LINE, WhatsApp, Email, Social Media, and phone calls, Support appointment coordination, scheduling, and customer requests, Provide information regarding clinic services and coordinate with relevant teams when necessary, Escalate urgent issues or important service-related matters to supervisors, Support coordination with psychologists and psychiatrists for both onsite and online services, Review and ensure session details and related information are accurate and complete
