About the role: The candidate will be responsible for handling the Employee Query coming on the helpdesk ticket system and have to ensure the ticket closures within specific TAT. Responsibilities: Knowledge of MS Office/Advanced MS Excel Good communications skills Email etiquettes Internal team coordination and data management Desired Candidate : Should be very prompt over email/calls A candidate with good communication skills is preferred Basic Excel knowledge is preferred.
