What You'll Do.

Coordinate breakdown maintenance and emergency repairs
Coordinate with AMC vendors
Monitor contractor performance
Ensure service quality
Verify invoices and service reports
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety standards
Maintain documentation related to fire safety

Technical Operations * Supervise day-to-day maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems. * Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely. * Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance. * Coordinate breakdown maintenance and emergency repairs. ### 2\. Vendor & Contractor Management * Coordinate with AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) vendors. * Monitor contractor performance and ensure service quality. * Verify invoices and service reports. ### 3\. Compliance & Safety * Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety standards. * Maintain documentation related to fire safety, electrical inspections, and other regulatory requirements. * Conduct safety drills and risk assessments. ### 4\. Energy & Cost Management * Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water, diesel, etc.). * Identify energy-saving opportunities. * Assist in budget planning and cost control. ### 5\. Documentation & Reporting * Maintain maintenance logs and equipment history. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports. * Update asset registers and service schedules. ### 6\.
