### **🗂️ Admin Executive Assistant (Operations, Compliance & ITAD Support) – Remote | U.S. Hours** **Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote **Working Hours:** U.S. Business Hours ### **🚀 About the Role** At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented **Admin Executive Assistant** to support operations, compliance workflows, client onboarding, and internal coordination within a structured IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) environment. This is not a basic administrative support role. You will serve as the operational control layer across: * executive coordination * compliance documentation * workflow tracking * client onboarding * records management * operational communication This role requires exceptional attention to detail because even small operational mistakes can create downstream compliance, operational, or financial issues. You’ll work closely with: * leadership * operations teams * clients * compliance stakeholders to ensure workflows remain accurate, organized, compliant, and fully operational.
