Write clear and concise responses to incoming email inquiries

Prepare communication on behalf of the Leader when directed

Edit and review all written correspondence

Submit expense reports and process payroll

Prioritize calendars and schedule travel arrangements under direction of Leader(s)

Organize and maintain all files

Assist in compiling reports

Serve as backup to Sr. Administrative Assistant(s)

May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders

They’ll manage overall department administrative functions and support lower‑complexity projects while working closely with the federal legislative and federal regulatory Teams based in Washington, DC. They’ll assist with activities that support the Company’s advocacy efforts, including legislative and regulatory research, drafting policy papers, covering congressional hearings and industry events, filing lobbying reports, and coordinating event‑related logistics and payments. The Admin Assistant WDC brings strong organizational, communication, and customer‑focused skills to support effective engagement with governmental bodies and ensure smooth day‑to‑day department operations.
