Proven experience as an administrative assistant in a training institute, college, or educational environment, organizational and multitasking skills, Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, Attention to detail and high level of accuracy, Customer-focused attitude and professionalism
Nice to Have
preferably in business administration, education, or a related field
What You'll Do.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks
Coordinate communication between trainers
Assist in organizing workshops
and other training events
Maintain and update student and course records accurately
Handle inquiries from prospective and current students
Prepare reports and documentation related to training activities
Support management team with general office administration tasks
