What You'll Do.
providing technical support to customers
developing robust material dispensing strategies for Sika’s bulk dispensed materials
work with customers and dispensing equipment vendors to verify Sika product compatibility and or define new equipment requirements
Support customers with guidance on proper equipment needs and by validating applications through execution of lab testing and dispensing trials
Support the R& D team by defining existing application methods and by working with vendors to develop new methods and processes for application
Conduct customer site visits
Provide feedback to internal customers (Corporate TD/SENG
Write and communicate technical service reports
Maintain safe and efficient lab environments
Develop and maintain relationships with equipment suppliers
Provide training to customers and employees
Participate in specialized fairs and conferences

Therefore, we are looking to fill the position of Adhesive Dispensing Engineer (internally titled Systems Engineer), noting this is NOT an IT role.
