# ******Job Description Summary****** Within the Türkiye Technology Center (TTC), the Additive Technologies team develops design, analysis, and production techniques using powder bed fusion additive manufacturing methods. We are looking to hire a long-term additive manufacturing design engineering intern for up to 11 months, with an initial 6-month period and an optional 5-month extension, to be employed in our team. Additive Manufacturing Design Engineering Intern will be responsible for supporting our team in design and manufacturing development studies and facilitating shop/team operations in the areas listed below. The main working location for this role is Kartal/Istanbul. # **Job Description** **Site Overview:** GE Aerospace has an advanced engineering center located in İstanbul, Kartal, complemented by cutting-edge laboratories in Kocaeli, Gebze. Our offices in İstanbul and Ankara provide essential support to commercial and defense engines across the country. Our highly skilled engineers at the Türkiye Technology Center contribute to GE Aerospace’s engineering work on indigenous programs, new engine programs, software development, and additive manufacturing, supporting the country’s position as an advanced aerospace hub.
