ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Sales Retention Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in reengaging prospective clients who began the sales process but did not proceed to full enrollment. Your focus will be on reviving dormant opportunities, overcoming objections, and guiding clients back on track. This is a high-impact role for someone who is motivated, coachable, and passionate about building client relationships while driving results. You’ll have the opportunity to learn directly from leadership with over 15 years of industry experience, equipping you with the knowledge and skills to close at a high level and build a rewarding career HOW YOU'LL BE REWARDED Unlimited Earnings Potential! Your pay is directly tied to your ability to reengage and convert dormant leads. With a performance-driven commission structure and no cap on earnings, the most successful specialists in this role can significantly increase their income through consistent outreach and client conversions. Base pay: $20.00 per hour (full-time, 40 hours per week) Commission: Average monthly earnings potential commission of $8,000 - $12,000+ based on conversions and closed deals (Top Producers making close to $20,000) Supportive Structure: Qualified appointments are set for you, allowing you to focus on engaging and converting prospects WHAT YOU’LL DO: Lead Management: Review and manage a pipeline of prospects who made an initial payment but did not continue to the next phase of service.
