Accountabilities: * Patient screening, intake/observation, assessment, crisis intervention, treatment planning, counseling, discharge planning, consultation and education * Preparation of meals * Attending monthly staff meetings * Other facility-related duties as assigned ## Qualifications * Three years experience in the addiction field * A two year community college diploma in health or social services with an addiction concentration, and/or complemented by other recognized academic credentials in addiction studies * A combination of academic credentials and relevant experience will be considered * Demonstrated screening and assessment skills regarding appropriateness of no
