Accountabilities: * Individual, family, and group counselling within an addiction recovery model * Case management * Data collection and reporting * Attendance at staff and other community/hospital meetings * Supporting quality improvement initiatives * Consistent patient documentation on electronic files ## Qualifications * Undergraduate degree in healthcare/social services or related field required * Post-graduate degree/diploma in mental health and addictions an asset * Regulated health professional, able to perform the controlled act of psychotherapy (or eligible to register with an applicable provincial college) preferred * Minimum three years experience in counselling
