What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, 8+ years of experience in ADAS feature development or calibration release within the automotive industry, Experience with calibration configuration and release management utilizing calibration tools, Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN and Ethernet), Familiarity with tools for development, simulation, and testing, Analytical problem-solving skills, Ability to operate a vehicle in the US

Nice to Have

Fluency in German is a plus

Execute ADAS features calibration and validation

Collaborate with cross functional peers

Meet ADAS calibration and validation deliverables

Develop calibration variants for different vehicles

Participate in ADAS calibration trips

Define trip deliverables

Measure development progress

Provide calibration and validation status

Develop HIL test cases

Stay up-to-date with ADAS technologies

Drive continuous improvement and innovation
