Must Have

4–6 years of hands-on experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Programmatic Media, Experience delivering flawless campaign launches with accurate setup and trafficking, Experience consistently managing QA processes minimizing errors and rework, Ex[erience with reliable pacing and delivery aligned to campaign goals, Experience providing clear, timely campaign reporting and issue resolutions, Experience documenting operational playbooks and trafficking standards, hands-on experience with ad tech platforms (e. g. , Google Ad Manager, DV360, or similar), Proven expertise in campaign trafficking, including tag setup, pixel implementation, and QA, Working knowledge of campaign measurement, tracking, and media KPIs, Experience managing both onsite (owned & operated) and offsite (programmatic, social) campaigns, Detail-oriented with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, Comfort operating at a tactical level while adapting to evolving tools and processes

We're building Citi Ads, Citi's Commerce Media business, from the ground up, and we're looking for a programmatic media subject matter expert who knows how to translate client objectives into flawless campaign execution. Someone who is comfortable with detail and precision, and who takes pride in building campaigns that perform, scale, and evolve with the market.
