Covington is a smaller community based hospital, that focuses on PCU, Med/Surg, elective Total Joints, Ortho, and Podiatric population. MultiCare utilizes EPIC for all electronic medical records. Our department productivity standard is currently 69% for 8-hour day with expectation of 7-9 patients seen per day, once up and running.** **We are in need of an OT who can participate in our weekend rotation schedule, but who also has weekday availability for sick call and PTO coverage. All employees are expected to cross-cover both Auburn and Covington Medical Centers, so training occurs for both sites in the first month or two. Per diem staff are also expected to work a minimum of 1 holiday per year, and be able to complete mandatory education/training during non-shift hours, but on the clock.** **Our New Employee Orientation process is _very rigorous_ for the first few weeks to a month (and would likely require some time off from an alternate position), and certain aspects are mandatory with regard to schedule.
