This role presents an opportunity for a commercially aware and technically strong actuary to gain exposure across multiple business units and geographies within the OUTsurance Group. The Internal Audit Actuary is responsible for delivering independent, risk-based assurance over actuarial environments within the Group. It is well suited to an actuary who can work independently, navigate new environments and who enjoys variety. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain the actuarial audit universe allowing for new legislation, emerging risks and stakeholder needs. * Develop and maintain the annual risk-based actuarial audit plan allowing for regulatory requirements, emerging risks, and stakeholder needs. * Plan, execute, and report on actuarial audits across the OUTsurance Group, including local and international entities for both Short Term and Long-Term Insurance. * Build and maintain relationships with key actuarial and business stakeholders. * Perform risk-based reviews covering a variety of areas (e.g. Reserving, Capital, Pricing and Underwriting, ORSA and Stress testing, Actuarial Governance and HAF compliance). * Represent Internal Audit in various committees and Actuarial Forums. * Perform quarterly tracking and validation of actuarial audit findings. * Support and contribute to broader Internal Audit engagements (e.g. operational, financial, or IT audits) should actuarial expertise be required. * Engage with the Head of Actuarial Function, External Audit and
