What You'll Do.
Lead Lexington Property pricing team
Develop and execute strategic actions
Develop pricing and underwriting strategies
Supervise review of pricing systems
Manage projects to improve pricing systems
Monitor underwriter adherence
Coordinate pricing and accumulation management
Develop analytical tools
Work closely with reserving actuaries
Provide recommendations on rating methodologies
Ensure alignment of tools
Transform actuarial data
Organize training for underwriters
Monitor trends and industry dynamics
Manage and complete actuarial requests
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Finance, Claims, Operations, Marketing, Risk Management; Partner with business and support teams; Partner with other pricing actuaries; Incorporate catastrophe modeler results; Work closely with underwriting; Work closely with global property actuarial leads; Build sustainable, collaborative relationships; Influence business stakeholders; Gain commitment from key constituents; Serve as thought partner to cross-functional leaders
