Must Have
Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA), or equivalent qualification, 5+ years of actuarial experience in life insurance or reinsurance, Experience in valuation, capital, or ALM, Experience with EBS, CALM, LICAT, or similar frameworks, Proficiency with data and analytics tools (Excel, R, Python, SQL, Power BI, etc.), Proven ability to lead teams, Proven ability to manage projects, Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, oral and written communication skills, Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, less hierarchical environment
Nice to Have
Fellowship (FSA), Experience with annuities, Experience with PRT, Experience with asset-intensive products, Experience with actuarial modeling platforms (e.g., AXIS, MG-ALFA)

Build and enhance valuation infrastructure

Partner with regulators and auditors
Support strategic transactions
Contribute to dividend and capital decision-making

Mentor junior team members
