You will find we offer more than the basics to create an inclusive and dynamic work environment at our various locations. **Purpose:** The Reinsurance Pricing team oversees all technical aspects of reinsurance transactions – across both new business pricing/underwriting/execution and in-force management. This role is responsible for supporting the pricing, underwriting and structuring for potential asset intensive reinsurance transactions across new business pricing and in force transaction management. This role will also be responsible for ongoing model development and pricing framework enhancement. **Accountabilities:** * Develop pricing models for potential flow reinsurance transactions * Produce analyses of the profitability and risk profile of deals and recommending appropriate solutions * Support the onboarding of business into management and financial reporting areas * Develop, maintain, and enhance pricing tools and models * Check and review work produced within the team * Present and communicate pricing results to management **Qualifications and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or any quantitative field and Associate qualification of a widely recognized actuarial body (actively pursuing FSA or FIA actuarial qualification) * 5+ years’ actuarial experience including exposure to long term (re)insurance products * Experience with fixed rate and indexed annuities strongly preferred * Experience with actuarial projection and valuation software * Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., generative AI platforms, automation tools, or data-driven systems) to improve workflows, and decision-making * Ability to interact with internal senior management and client company management * Experienced user of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint * Excellen
