What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, Rehabilitation Counseling, Vocational Rehabilitation, or a related field, Meet Qualified Professional (QP) status requirements under 10A NCAC 27G. 0104, Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have
Experience providing vocational services, Supported employment experience, Workforce development experience, Case management experience, Community mental health services experience, Experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI), Knowledge of evidence-based supported employment models, including Individual Placement and Support (IPS)
What You'll Do.
Assist clients in identifying career interests
Provide individualized job development and employment support services
Build relationships with local employers and community partners
Support clients throughout the job search process
Provide ongoing job coaching and employment retention services
Educate employers and community partners about ACTT services
Collaborate with ACTT team members to integrate vocational
Deliver services in client homes
Maintain accurate documentation
Participate in ACTT team meetings and treatment planning
