What You'll Do.
Assist Team Leader in managing clinical and operational aspects
and evaluate team members
Support individuals in skill development
Provide oversight and direction to staff
Participate in hiring and training staff
Manage staff schedules and coverage
Monitor authorizations and paperwork
Ensure 24/7 coverage for individuals served
Serve as a practicing clinician
Coordinate activities and services
Lead meetings and disseminate information
Facilitate training of independent living skills
Establish access to community services
Assess individual needs daily
Coordinate services with facilities
Act as liaison with after hours staff
Document participant activities
Develop service plans
Review caseload and problem solve
Determine daily duty assignments
Assess and monitor service quality
Conduct audits of charts
Participate in peer review
Market the agency and program
Develop referral sources
Maintain positive working relationships
Attend community meetings
Monitor medical records management
Ensure compliance with policies
Attend and participate in meetings
Maintain certification requirements
Comply with agency policies
Implement service definition guidelines
Complete other responsibilities as assigned
Assist team lead with administrative responsibilities
Complete team lead responsibilities in absence
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work together to provide life-changing care; Assist the Team Leader in managing all clinical and operational aspects; Assist the Team Leader in guiding, directing and evaluating each assigned team member; Coordinate services with the program, staff, inpatient facilities, and detoxification facilities; Meet regularly with the other Assertive Community Treatment Team members; Screen referrals in coordination with the other Assertive Community Treatment Team members; Meet regularly to review the total caseload, problems solve, develop plans, and determine daily duty assignments; Maintain positive working relationships within the communities served, including individuals, families, staff, monitoring and licensing agencies, organizations, and funders; Attend and actively participate in community and agency meetings as assigned

This position will assist the Team Leader in guiding, directing and evaluating each assigned team member to ensure excellent, courteous, helpful, and respectful service. This position will also directly assist and support individuals who are served in the development of skills, behaviors, responsibilities, and supports needed to live, learn, work and be integrated into the community with the greatest possible degree of self-determination and independence. # **What You 'll Do:** • Assist with providing effective oversight, direction, and administrative and clinical supervision to assigned staff/programs.
